All orders are dispatched with DPD. Once your parcel has been dispatched you will receive a shipping notification with your tracking number. You will also receive a text/email from DPD advising they have your parcel and on the day of delivery you will receive a text/email from DPD with a 1 hour delivery window.
Orders placed before 2pm Monday-Thursday will be dispatched the same day for delivery the following working day. Orders placed after 2pm Thursday will be dispatched on Friday for delivery on Monday. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

If you want to return an item for exchange or refund, you must download a Returns Form. All returns must be in an unworn condition, be in their original packaging and have all labels still attached. Any item with tags removed will not be accepted for a refund. Garment inspections are carried out on all items returned.
You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your item that you wish to return it. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.
